Search Queries
When you type a name, location, or similar term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Montgomery County Released Inmates does not store those search terms in its own release-record database.
Messages
If you send an email or other contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.
